How to install a printer on a new computer

Step 1:
Click start button and search device printer.

Step 2:

Click Add printer.

Step 3:

Click Add local printer if no printer is available click printer that wasn't.

Type Printer name.

Step 7:

Set as default.

We can also add printer by using IP address.

How to find Printer's IP address?

Press Menu or set up in printer.

Network set up option and enter.

Select IP address to view and change IP address setting.

Printers IP address is listed.
